Jan McKenzie

Jan McKenzie is the current Director of Compliance at Good360. Jan has held this position since January of 2018. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of Compliance from January 2016 to December 2017. In that role, they were responsible for vetting charities receiving donated products through Good360 corporate partners, completing monthly compliance audits of charities, visiting charity partners to proactively monitor their processes and record keeping, investigating and managing potential security issues, and leading webinars to provide compliance information for nonprofit members.

From October 2016 to December 2017, Jan was the Members Services Manager - Compliance at Good360. In that role, they were responsible for vetting charities receiving donated products through Good360 partner donors, managing compliance audits of charities, researching potential security issues, managing day-to-day operations of transportation program with third-party broker and UPS, coordinating LTL and TL inbound shipments from donors and direct shipments from the warehouse to charities, monitoring transportation accounts for any issues during transport and responding to any problems to keep freight moving for on-time delivery, responding to inquiries on shipment status, tracking and issues in a timely manner with internal and external customers, reaching out and engaging with local non-profit organizations building relationships, growing membership and assisting with orders, and recruiting and coordinating corporate and civic groups to volunteer in production center.

Jan McKenzie earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Politics from Cornell College and a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in nonprofit management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Jan is also certified as a Notary Public by the State of Nebraska.

Jan McKenzie works with Sebastian Albrayak - Customer Service Support, David Smith - Manager, Member Services, and Diamond Gardner - Manager, Member Services. Jan McKenzie reports to Lenore Freeman, VP, Compliance & Administration.
