Tracey Ryan

Tracey Ryan is currently the Operations Manager at Good360. Tracey has over 18 years of experience in various customer service and account management positions.

Tracey began their career as a Drafting Technician at Structural Systems Design. Tracey then moved on to Loup Electronics Inc. where they were an employee for 7 years. In 2007, they completed an internship at Northwestern Mutual before taking on the role of Account Manager at Transportation Specialists.

In 2012, Tracey became an Account Manager at DTN / The Progressive Farmer. Tracey held this position for 6 years until they accepted their current role as Operations Manager at Good360 in 2018.

Tracey Ryan has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Peru State College, and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD from Southeast Community College.

Tracey Ryan reports to Richard Barney, COO. They work with Murielle Sokhon - Donation Placement Specialist, Erica Banks - Production Team Lead, and James Whitehead - Merchandising & Donation Specialist.
