Duaa Zahra

Duaa Zahra has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2021, they worked as a Community and Social Media Manager at Goodable and as a Customer Experience Representative at Indigo. In 2020, they served as a Social Media Coordinator at Feel Fully. Prior to that, they had multiple roles at Ryerson University, including Ceremonials Staff and Teaching Assistant. Duaa also held leadership positions at Ryerson Communication and Design Society, serving as President, Vice President Administration and Operations, and Marketing Lead. In terms of stage management, they worked at Period. Productions, Birdbrain Productions, and Alumnae Theatre Company. Additionally, they gained experience as an Assistant Production Manager at Factory Theatre and as an Event and Volunteer Coordinator at Hockey 4 Youth.

Duaa Zahra completed their education at Ryerson University from 2016 to 2020, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a major in Performance Production. Prior to that, they attended Thornlea Secondary School from 2012 to 2016, though the degree and field of study are unspecified. In addition to their formal education, Duaa obtained a Specialist High Skills Major in Arts & Culture in June 2016. Duaa also acquired a First Aid and CPR Level C certification from the Canadian Red Cross in May 2016.
