Nancy Ruiz

Nancy Ruiz is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager and Business Partner at CYBEX since July 2023. Prior to this role, Nancy held multiple positions at Goodbaby International, including Manager of Talent Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and was also involved in Human Resources. Experience includes a brief tenure as a Recruiter at Robert Half and over 19 years at USAA, where Nancy worked as a Financial Services Manager and in Talent Acquisition. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Incarnate Word and is currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate at Hondros College. Additional educational pursuits were undertaken at Ashford University and St. Edward's University.
