Tilmann Meyer

Tilmann Meyer has extensive experience in Human Resources management, starting as an Assistant to the Managing Director at DGFP in 1993. Tilmann then progressed to roles at AUDI AG, Faurecia, Carl Zeiss Vision International GmbH, Brose Group, Jingcheng Holding Europe GmbH, and currently, they are the Senior Vice President People & Culture at Goodbaby International. Throughout their career, they have managed HR functions for various companies, overseeing recruitment, expatriate management, and restructuring projects across Europe. Meyer's expertise spans from automotive to manufacturing industries, showcasing their strong leadership and strategic HR skills.

Tilmann Meyer completed a degree in Diplom-Verwaltungswissenschaften from the University of Konstanz from 1987 to 1992. Tilmann also obtained a Magister in Rechtswissenschaften from the same university during the same period. In 2022-2023, they pursued further education at the ico institut für coaching & organisationsberatung, obtaining a degree in Systemischer Berater und Coach.
