Cliff M. Shih is an accomplished Marketing/Operations Officer with over a decade of experience in executive management roles, currently serving at GoodBox International since June 2011, where responsibilities include managing key accounts and creating cost-efficient packaging solutions for top brands. Prior experience includes working as a Cultural Exchange ALT at ALTIA CENTRAL from 2009 to 2011, promoting cross-cultural understanding through educational programs, and serving as Events Manager at The Improv from 2007 to 2009, where innovative marketing strategies were implemented. Cliff holds a Technical Certificate from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Production & Development/Management from the University of California, Riverside.
