Jason M. Clark

Jason M. Clark serves as internal legal counsel and legal architect for administering Early Legal Intervention.

Jason spent nine years in the public sector as an assistant attorney general in the Office of the New York State Attorney General. Jason managed government investigations and prosecuted businesses engaged in deceptive conduct and illegal activity. As First Attorney for the New York State Attorney General’s Harlem Regional Office, he oversaw all facets of the litigation process including pre-litigation dispute resolution, discovery, and strategy for ongoing investigations and prosecutions. Prior to that, he spent four years in the Litigation Bureau honing his federal litigation and trial advocacy skills.

Before joining the New York State Attorney General’s Office, Jason spent one year preparing draft legal opinions for the Hon. George B. Daniels of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and two years as a commercial litigator at an international law firm.

Jason is a proud leader in the New York legal community. From 2018 to 2020, he served as President of the Metropolitan Black Bar Association, which is the largest bar association of predominantly Black attorneys in the State of New York.
