Aishwarya Hugar

Aishwarya Hugar is an experienced project manager and corporate social responsibility manager currently holding the position of Associate Global Partnership at Goodera since September 2023. In addition to this role, Aishwarya has been managing projects at Sumadhura Foundation since August 2020, organizing music events and overseeing social media management. Aishwarya has also led CSR projects for prominent companies such as Toyota and Tata, focusing on education-related initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Associate at 1st Poll Consulting, where Aishwarya conducted research to inform campaign strategies, and various positions in operations, public relations, and human resources. Aishwarya holds a Master's degree in Development Policy and Practice from Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Central University of Karnataka.
