Paul Zolfarelli is an experienced project manager and educator with extensive expertise in water quality and public works. Currently serving as Project Manager II at Veolia Water since June 2014, Paul also contributes to Steven A Harman and Associates as a staff member. As an adjunct professor at Solano Community College since January 2011 and previously at Evergreen Valley College, Paul imparts knowledge in higher education. With a solid background in municipal water resource management, Paul held leadership roles at the City of Brentwood as Director of Public Works and at the Oro Loma Sanitary District as Director of Water Quality Services. Paul's commitment to the industry is further exemplified through longstanding involvement with Goodguys Rod & Custom Association since 1986 and earlier experience in water resource management at the City of Livermore and City of San Leandro.

Goodguys events feature thousands of candy colored hot rods and custom cars sprawled throughout venues such as lush fairgrounds, super speedways and large outdoor stadiums. The cars, the vendor exhibits, the live entertainment and colorful people create a festive atmosphere charged with electricity. Goodguys offers over 20 events annually acrossthe country from the West Coast to the East Coast and all points in between.
