Paolo Carnovale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and business strategy. Currently serving as the Country Director for Italy at GoodHabitz since March 2020, Paolo leads the transformation of corporate learning into engaging online training. Prior roles include Chief Commercial Officer at Codemotion, Chief Marketing Officer at Arduino, and various positions at RS Components, where responsibilities included global product marketing and brand strategy. Earlier experience includes roles at Meritor and AgustaWestland, focusing on product strategy and program management.
