Nzali Scales

Nzali Scales has work experience in various organizations and roles. In 2021, they worked as a Next Generation Founder at Goodie Nation. Since 2018, they have also served as the Chef and Founder of Zaza's Kitchen. Prior to their college education, they obtained their High School Diploma from Saint Mary's School from 2011 to 2015. In 2018, they participated in a program at the CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange to further their knowledge of Spanish. In 2020, Nzali Scales attended Teachers College, Columbia University, where they earned a Certificate in Teaching Food and Nutrition For All. In 2021, they obtained another Certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, specializing in Health Coaching. Lastly, they also had a brief experience at Northwestern University in 2019 and 2020, although the specific degree and field of study are unspecified.
