Yolanda Zhang

Yolanda Zhang is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at 汇顶科技 since May 2021. Prior to this role, Zhang held the position of Head of HR for the APAC region at LifeScan from January 2020 to May 2021. Zhang's extensive background includes serving as the APAC HR Head for LFS at 强生和强生在华子公司 from June 2012 to January 2020, where overall HR support was provided to the business. Earlier experiences include roles as HR Business Partner at Eli Lilly and Company, overseeing the Oncology Business Unit and other departments from March 2009 to June 2012, and as Workforce Planning Supervisor at Dow Chemical from January 2007 to March 2009, ensuring manpower fulfillment. Zhang began the career as HR Supervisor at DSV from February 2004 to December 2006, focusing on staffing, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations. Zhang holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's degree from Southwest Jiaotong University.
