Dean Hodge

Dean Hodge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dean is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at GoodJob since June 2019. In January 2020, they co-founded HAILO Ventures and held the position until December 2022.

From January 2009 to May 2019, Dean worked at SAP Customer Experience as the SVP of Insurance Solutions and Sales Cloud. Prior to that, they held the position of SVP Insurance Solutions at CallidusCloud from January 2009 to April 2018.

In 2009, Dean briefly worked at ActekSoft as an ACTEKSOFT. From July 2007 to December 2008, they served as the Managing Director at YachtRecord.

In their earlier career, Dean worked at TekLinks as a Hosted Services Coordinator from May 2006 to June 2007, where they focused on developing a local datacenter and creating partnership opportunities. Dean was the VP of Engineering at CTS from September 2004 to May 2006.

Dean also has experience as an entrepreneur, as they owned TeamSynergies, a software development company from January 2003 to December 2005. In this role, they developed an online application that tracked and supported grant writing in the K-12 education space.

Before that, they worked at Bull Information Systems as the National Technical Services Director from February 2000 to December 2002. In this role, they were responsible for the development and management of education-related projects in multiple states and played a key role in determining new product offerings and pricing structures.

Dean Hodge attended Mississippi State University from 1980 to 1984 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering.
