Jana Sailer

Jana Sailer has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jana started their career as a Recruiter und Personalreferent at euro engineering AG from August 2012 to July 2014. Jana then moved on to Flowserve Corporation where they worked as an HR Manager from July 2014 to March 2016. After that, they joined fabfab GmbH and held various roles including Head of Human Resources and Chief People Officer from March 2016 to October 2023. Most recently, they became the Head of People & Culture at Goodlife Company in October 2023. Jana has experience in managing HR functions, adapting to change, and driving organizational growth.

Jana Sailer's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Berufspädagogik from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2006 to 2010. Jana then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Hamburg from 2010 to 2012. Currently, they are enrolled in a program to become a Systemische Organisationsentwicklerin at Professio GmbH, which they began in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2023.
