Transformation Director, Referencing at Goodlord

Emily Popple has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Emily started their career as a Student Dance Teacher at Heritage Dance Studio Ltd from 2010 to 2012. Emily then interned at Plenary Project Solutions Limited, where they gained exposure to the oil and gas industry and assisted with project delivery and contract fulfillment from 2014 to 2015.

In 2016, Emily joined Goodlord, where they played various roles. As an Intern in Referencing and Research, they helped shape the development of the Tenant Referencing service. Emily then became a Customer Success Manager, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption of Goodlord's products. Emily later progressed to the role of Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where they actively managed the customer lifecycle for Goodlord's largest clients.

Emily's most recent role at Goodlord is Head of Customer Adoption, where they created a new function called "Adoption" to enhance the customer journey and ensure customer success. Currently, Emily holds the position of Head of Customer Success, leading the Customer Success team and overseeing the adoption and customer success management functions. Emily is responsible for developing and maintaining a success strategy for the customer base while supporting key business operations and communications both internally and externally.

Emily Popple attended Egglescliffe Sixth Form from 2010 to 2012, where they studied a range of subjects including Economics, Geography, English Language, Sociology, and Performing Arts. From 2012 to 2015, they furthered their education at UCL and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography.
