Sophia Danielsson-Clayton has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Content at Goodlord since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Internal Communications Business Partner at AXA UK from March 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining AXA UK, Sophia worked at The Go-Ahead Group plc for three years. Sophia served as a Corporate Communications Manager from October 2020 to March 2022, where they handled corporate PR, internal communications, content, and social media. Sophia also acted as a business partner to 12 bus and rail operating companies in the UK. Earlier, they held the position of Colleague Engagement and Internal Communications Manager from April 2019 to October 2020.

Sophia also gained experience at Greater Anglia, where they worked as an Internal Communications Officer from August 2018 to March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for editing the internal magazine, content creation, photography art direction, and hiring an in-house designer. Sophia co-managed an internal communication audit and oversaw successful campaigns to improve engagement scores. Prior to that, they worked as an Internal Communications Assistant from February 2018 to August 2018.

Starting their career at Eaglemoss Publishing Group in March 2017, Sophia served as the Deputy Editor of three international magazine collections and the Deputy Editor of Knit & Stitch Creative magazine until February 2018. Sophia was also involved in launching a new brand, CreaCrafts, and managed social media accounts and wrote blogs.

Sophia's early career experience includes working at DK as an Editorial Assistant from September 2015 to April 2017. In this role, they wrote, edited, and project-managed children's activity and preschool books, eventually managing their own projects. Sophia was credited in 14 children's books for their various roles.

With a range of experience in content creation, internal communications, corporate PR, and editorial work, Sophia Danielsson-Clayton has built a solid foundation in various industries.

Sophia Danielsson-Clayton began their education at Colchester County High School for Girls from 2003 to 2010. Here, they obtained their A-Levels in French, German, and History. Following this, they attended the University of Nottingham from 2011 to 2015 and earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French and German. During their time at university, they also participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Vienna for one year in 2014 and at the University of Strasbourg for a short period in 2013. Later, Sophia pursued further education at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, where they obtained a Certificate in Internal Communications from 2018 to 2019, and a Diploma in Public Relations from 2019 to 2020.
