Following this, they joined Pacific Life as a Manager in the Acquisitions & Sales division, where they were responsible for marketing, due diligence, and negotiations of equity acquisitions and dispositions. Grable then took on the role of Vice President at Lyon Management Group, overseeing acquisition, re-development, and development activity for multifamily properties. Dan later joined LNR Property Corporation, where they served as Chief Investment Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all acquisition, disposition, finance, and administrative functions. Grable then became President, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founding Managing Partner at Pharris Properties, where they were responsible for the overall management and oversight of the company's activities. Dan later held positions as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Birtcher Development & Investments, LLC and Chief Financial Officer at Merage Investment Group. Dan'smost recent role was as Chief Operating Officer at Goodman, where they provided oversight of various departments and functions, including finance, accounting, human resources, and information technology. Throughout their career, Grable has been actively involved in investment and disposition strategy decisions, negotiation of acquisitions and dispositions, and capital raising activities.
Dan Grable earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business between 1988 and 1990. Dan'sstudies at Stanford focused on Real Estate, Finance, Small Business, and Venture Capital. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree at the USC Marshall School of Business from 1980 to 1984.
