Ruth Burgos Diaz-Guerra

Ruth Burgos Diaz-Guerra is an experienced professional in project and property management, currently serving as Project Development Coordinator at Goodman since November 2015. Ruth oversees the administrative management of new projects from land acquisition through construction to final delivery, focusing on cash flow and health and safety compliance. Prior to this role, Ruth worked as Property Manager at GE Capital Real Estate from May 2011 to October 2015, managing lease contracts for various properties and developing expertise as a Property Accountant. Previous experience includes managing lease contracts for shopping centers at 4 AREAS and ING REAL ESTATE from May 2006 to May 2006, and attaining a degree in Public Relations and Hostess from CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS BAI between 1996 and 1998.
