Anita Hildreth

Anita Hildreth, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently holds the position of VP of People at Goodmans Interior Structures since January 2022. She also serves as a Board Member at Theresa’s Fund/DomesticShelters.org and The Arizona Pet Project. With a background in HR management, Anita has held various leadership roles in companies such as Ideas Collide, McMurry/TMG LLC, Allegro Medical, and Direct Alliance Corporation. Anita's experience includes overseeing talent development, operations management, benefits and payroll, and merging company cultures after mergers and acquisitions. She is dedicated to promoting causes such as ending domestic violence and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations in the HR field. Anita has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
