Rodrigo Haydar has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. In 2009, they worked as a Ski and Snowboard Rental and Technician at Canyons Resort in Park City, USA. In 2011, they moved to Shanghai to become a Project Manager at IICC Group. In 2014, they started as a Sales Intern at GRUPO DNA and was promoted to Head Consultant of the IT Division after three months. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Analytics Intern at L'Oréal, a Strategy Advisor and Board Member at WINTERI | Architecture & Planning, and a Market Manager for the Asia Pacific Region at Viña Concha y Toro. In 2018, they were the Sales Manager for Brazil, Latin American and Caribbean at Australis Seafoods and contributed +20% to total annual revenues of the company with a 50% YoY growth in value. Finally, in 2020, they became the Co-founder & CEO of GoodMeal, a simple and profitable solution for grocers to sell their surplus food.

Rodrigo Haydar attained their Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics (Commercial Engineering) from Universidad del Desarrollo in 2016. Rodrigo has since obtained several certifications, including Reforge's Growth Series and Growth for Founders in 2022, Cambridge Judge Business School's LABS 2021 in 2021, CrossFit, Inc.'s Aerobic Capacity - Crossfit Specialty Courses in 2018, WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust's WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits in 2017, WSET Level 1 Award in Wines in 2016, and University of Cambridge's First Certificate in English (FCE) in 2007.
