Tomas Hornak has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tomas started their career as a Teacher of English and Chinese language at True VISIONS International School of Cambodia in 2016. Tomas further worked as an English Language Teacher at LITE English in 2016-2017. From 2017 to 2020, Tomas served as a Tour Leader at BUBO Travel Agency. In 2021, they transitioned into the role of Business Development Manager, starting with Ahoj from June to October, focusing on revolutionizing online shopping. Tomas then joined Anodius from October 2021 to March 2022, specializing in enhancing customer experience. From January 2021 to April 2022, Tomas worked at Translata - Translation and Localization, where they managed business development and provided translation services. In 2022, they joined Mind The Gap in the position of Business Development Manager, combining data-powered marketing strategy with human behavior analysis to drive business results. Currently, Tomas is employed at GoodRequest as a Business Development Manager, responsible for building digital experiences for innovative brands. Tomas is set to join ANASOFT in April 2023 as a Business Development Manager.

Tomas Hornak has a Master's degree in Tourism Management from Beijing Jiaotong University School of Economics and Management, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English and Chinese philology from Palacký University in Olomouc, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In 2010 to 2011, Tomas participated in the Erasmus exchange program at Fatih University, focusing on English Language and Literature. Additionally, they studied Chinese Language and Literature at Beijing Language and Culture University from 2008 to 2009. Tomas has also obtained several certifications, including Personality typology and its use in business and Sales psychology and customer communication from Balanced HR s.r.o. in December 2020. In January 2016, they completed an intensive 14-day meditation course called "Peace Coach" from the Peace Revolution by World Peace Initiative Foundation.
