John Dila has a wealth of experience in various customer-focused roles. John most recently served as the Senior Director of Customer Care at GoodRx. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant and Interim Vice President of Customer Experience at Trusted Health. From 2019 to 2021, John was the Global Head of Content Strategy & Operations at Uber. Before that, they co-founded Aesop Financial, a student loan repayment company, and held the position of Vice President at Zinc, Inc. and Mixpanel, Inc. John also served as an Advisor at TrekkingPartners, Demandforce, and STELLAService, and as the Director of Global Customer Care at TripAdvisor. John'sexperience spans a range of industries and demonstrates their expertise in customer support and operational leadership.

John Dila completed their Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric & Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo between 1990 and 1994. John then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which was completed between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, John obtained a certification as a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute in February 2023.
