Lori Valdivia Roby

Lori Valdivia Roby has a diverse work experience in human resources and education. Lori is currently working as the Director, HR Business Partners at GoodRx since November 2021. Prior to this, they spent six years at Ticketmaster starting in December 2015 as the Sr Director, Human Resources. Before that, Lori held positions at Warner Bros. Entertainment, serving as the Director of Human Resources from December 2014 to December 2015, and as the Director, Employee Relations from May 2011 to December 2014. Lori also had a teaching role at the University of Southern California as an Adjunct Faculty/Guest Lecturer from 2009 to 2011 and worked as a Consultant in Employee & Organizational Development at the California Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2011.

Lori Valdivia Roby has completed an Executive Certification in Organizational Design: An Essential HR Capability from Cornell University in 2018. Lori also holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Organizational Practice from the University of Southern California. Furthermore, Lori obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from National University.
