Mark Christenson

Mark Christenson has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Mark started their career at Ticketmaster as a Software Engineer, where they developed backend services for a new web app, designed an AWS system infrastructure, and implemented an automated build pipeline. Mark also managed interns and contractors and standardized tools for Java-based applications.

Later, Mark worked as a Data Engineer at the USC Institute for Creative Technologies in 2019.

In 2020, they joined GoodRx as a Machine Learning Engineer.

Additionally, Mark is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego, teaching MS Applied Artificial Intelligence starting from January 2023.

Mark Christenson completed their education in computer science and data science. Mark began their studies at the University of Southern California in 2010 and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science. In 2011, they briefly attended Fairleigh Dickinson University to further their studies in Computer Science. In 2018, Mark returned to the University of Southern California to pursue a Master of Science degree in Data Science, which they successfully completed in 2020.
