Rachel Jones (Powers)

Director, Product Delivery at GoodRx

Rachel Jones (Powers) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rachel most recently worked at GoodRx, starting in May 2021 as a Product Delivery Manager and later transitioning to the role of Sr. Manager, Product Delivery in February 2022. Prior to that, Rachel worked at Pluralsight from April 2019 to April 2021 as a Program Manager in the Corporate Strategy department.

Before Pluralsight, Rachel had a four-year tenure at Ticketmaster as a Program Manager from October 2015 to March 2019. Rachel also worked at Infusionsoft in 2015 as a Creative Project Manager, where they managed various projects and implemented Agile methodology within a cross-functional team.

Before joining Infusionsoft, Rachel worked at I-ology from February 2013 to May 2015 as a Project Manager, handling project requirements, development, testing, and releases for different web and mobile applications.

Rachel also gained valuable experience during their time at Robert Half from March 2011 to November 2012, where they served as an Account Executive for the Technology division. Rachel was recognized as one of the top 50 performers nationally and developed an effective marketing strategy to target clients.

Rachel held leadership positions at HDI from March 2011 to November 2012, serving as the VP of Membership and VP of Programs. Rachel also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Collabera from October 2010 to February 2011.

Rachel's early career involved working at The Integer Group from November 2009 to October 2010, where they held the positions of Assistant Account Executive for Pella National Accounts and Account Coordinator/Assistant AE for Pella Retail Replacement. Rachel successfully managed various projects for Pella Windows & Doors, improving efficiency and developing marketing plans.

Rachel's first job after graduating from college was as a Dispute Resolution Specialist at Wells Fargo from November 2007 to March 2008.

Rachel Jones (Powers) obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University's Herberger Business School from 2003 to 2007. In 2018, they also obtained the PMI-ACP certification from the Project Management Institute.
