Sylvia Chaudoir

Sylvia Chaudoir has over three decades of work experience, starting in 1991 as a Consultant at Alexander & Alexander Consulting/First Resource Development. Sylvia then joined SAP in 1994, where they held various roles including Platinum Consultant, HCM, Consulting Services Manager, and Director, HCM Business Planning/HCM Global Initiative. In 2003, they worked as the SAP HR Practice Manager at Emeritis LLC, where they were responsible for developing and rolling out new software and service products. From 2005 to 2008, they served as the Senior Manager of Web and Enterprise Application Development at Genentech, managing a team of application developers. Sylvia also had engagements as a program member at Women Unlimited and as an HCM Author at SAP Press/Galileo Publishing in 2006 and 2008, respectively. In 2008, Sylvia joined Deloitte Consulting as a Specialist Leader, HR Transformation. Sylvia'srole involved leading HR transformation projects until their departure in 2020. Sylvia then became the Head of HR Systems and Operations at Robinhood until 2022. Currently, they are the Senior Director of HR Operations at GoodRx.

Sylvia Chaudoir pursued their education from 1984 to 1988 at Stanford University. During this period, they successfully completed a Dual BA degree in Economics and Sociology, with a focus on Organizational Behavior.
