Samira Sivila Jadue

Samira Sivila Jadue is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and people operations. Currently serving as the People Operations Lead and Human Resources Specialist at Blueriver since March 2018, Samira has demonstrated expertise in enhancing organizational effectiveness. Previously, Samira worked as a Human Resources Strategist at Recursos Humanos and held the role of Project Manager at Café Colibrí. Additional experience includes serving as Jefe de Recursos Humanos at MEDEV and Jefe de Ventas at Africam Sfari, where responsibilities included supervising sales teams and increasing sales volumes. Samira holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Universidad San Francisco Xavier de Chuquísaca.
