Andres Rivas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andres began their career in 2012 as a Crew Mate at Southern Star Dolphin Cruise. In 2014, they joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Front Desk Agent and later became a Front Desk Supervisor/Night Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to Expedia Group, where they held various roles including Market Associate and Associate Market Manager, responsible for maximizing revenues and maintaining a portfolio of hotel products.

In 2020, Andres joined Wix.com as a Customer Success Manager for the US & LATAM, successfully managing numerous partners and growing the LATAM accounts from 2 to over 250. Andres later became the Senior Customer Success Manager for LATAM, leading a team of 4 CSMs and focusing on overall satisfaction, retention, and growth in the partners division.
