Karolina Rytter

Karolina Rytter is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate and internal communication strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Communications at Goodvalley since January 2022, Karolina leads initiatives to enhance engagement and transparency while advising senior leadership on messaging and cultural transformation. Prior roles include Communications Manager and Internal Communications Manager at Goodvalley, where Karolina developed communication strategies and managed crisis communication. Additional experience spans project coordination in the travel and hospitality sectors and administrative roles supporting marketing activities and events. Karolina holds a Master's Degree in Social Science in Service Management and Bachelor's degrees in Sports Management and Marketing Management from Copenhagen Business School and Copenhagen Business Academy, respectively.
