Nicholas Kridler

Nicholas Kridler has extensive work experience in machine learning and data science roles. Nicholas is currently the Director of Machine Learning at Goodwater Capital. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Dia & Co, where they developed real-time ML-based product recommendation algorithms and provided analytics platform support. Nicholas also served as a Senior Data Scientist at Faire, Intuit, and Accretive Health, where they contributed to ranking algorithms, search relevance, and A/B testing. Additionally, they worked as a Data Scientist at Stitch Fix and KIXEYE, and as a Staff Scientist at Arete Associates, where they applied machine learning techniques and developed end-to-end solutions. Nicholas started their career as an Analyst at Metron, Inc., conducting operations analysis studies.

Nicholas Kridler holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 1999 to 2003. In 2013, they completed the "Introduction to Data Science" certification course offered by Coursera.
