Amasja Tromp

Amasja Tromp is the current Director of People, Culture & Networks at Goodwell Investments. Prior to this, they were a consultant at Adecco from 1996 to 2000, and the Director HR at Brocacef Groep from 2000 to 2020. Amasja was also a member of the board at Stichting Brocacef Pensioenfonds from 2012 to 2020. Tromp has extensive experience in human resources and has been responsible for overseeing large mergers and acquisitions, as well as investing in personal and professional development for employees.

Amasja Tromp's educational career includes a bachelor's degree in Foundations of Management from Nyenrode Business University, a type in Personeel en Arbeid from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), and a Field in Lerarenopleiding Frans from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht). Amasja also attended SPO.

Their manager is Wim Van Der Beek, Founder & Managing Partner. They are on a team with Els Boerhof - Managing Partner, Richard Cozijnsen - Operations Manager, and Nico Blaauw - Director, IR, Marketing & Communications.
