Eric Schlegel

Eric Schlegel's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer and the Vice President of Retail, Facilities, and Risk Management at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana since October 2021 and January 2017, respectively. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Retail Operations at Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, Inc. starting in December 2012. Eric also worked as the Senior Director of Retail Support at Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana from December 2009 to December 2012. Additionally, Eric held various positions at Mercury Marine, including Category Director of Aftermarket and Director of Oil and Lubricant Products, from March 2008 to December 2009. Eric also served as the Director of Marine Market Strategy at Brunswick Corporation from March 2007 to March 2008. Furthermore, Eric worked as a Manager of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Mercury Marine from 2005 to 2007. Eric began their career as a Process Engineer at Eli Lilly from February 2001 to August 2003.

Eric Schlegel received a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Michigan State University in 2000. Eric then pursued an MBA in General Management from the University of Michigan, completing their studies in 2005.
