Josh Cooper

Josh Cooper has a diverse work experience history. Josh started their career in 2010 as a Team Leader at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana and worked in various roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, and Financial Analyst. Josh then transitioned into higher-level positions within the company, serving as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Director of Procure-to-Pay, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Corporate Controller. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana. Additionally, in 2012, Josh had an internship at Eagle Pointe Golf Resort.

Josh Cooper completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the University of Indianapolis from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Sport Management/Corporate Innovation from Indiana University between 2008 and 2012. In addition, they have earned several certifications, including Certified Public Accountant, Adaptive Insights Product Certification, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
