Sara Morris

Sara Morris, PHR, CEBS has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sara currently serves as the Director of Benefits and Wellness at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of AVP of Employee Benefits and Experience at Ivy Tech Community College starting in January 2021.

From 2013 to 2021, Sara worked at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana as the Manager of Benefits. Before that, they gained valuable experience as the HR Manager and HR Generalist at MCL Restaurant & Bakery from 2009 to 2013.

Sara's earlier career included a role as a Recruiter at Volt Workforce Solutions from 2007 to 2009. Sara began their professional journey as an Administrative Assistant at Steel Supply and Engineering from 2000 to 2006.

Overall, Sara brings a wealth of experience in benefits management, employee experience, recruitment, and administrative support to their current role.
