Sheila Olson

Sheila Olson has extensive experience in leadership roles within the nonprofit sector, particularly at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota since May 1990, where currently serves as Chief Services & Programs Officer/Vice President Mission Services. In this role, Sheila Olson oversees all aspects of programs and services, leading over 240 professionals with a budget of more than $20 million. Previously, Sheila Olson held the position of Employment Services Director, managing employment service programs and a team of over 55 professionals with a budget exceeding $6 million. Earlier experience includes serving as a Mental Health Case Manager at the Psychiatric Institute of Richmond, where Sheila Olson coordinated treatment for patients in a women's mental health unit. Educationally, Sheila Olson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate of Arts in Business from North Iowa Area Community College.
