Mandi Pethtel

Mandi Pethtel is an experienced professional currently serving as a Job Developer and Employment Specialist at Goodwill Industries-Knoxville, Inc. since June 2019, where guidance is provided on career choices, employment, training, and education for participants in a grant-funded program, along with community outreach to recruit participants. Prior to this role, Mandi held positions as Department Manager and Section Manager at Avant from December 2017 to June 2019, and worked as a Learning Specialist at Sitel from July 2011 to December 2017. Mandi is an alumna of The University of Tennessee, having studied from 2005 to 2007, and is a graduate of South Doyle High School, earning a High School Diploma.
