Jessica Bunting, MPA, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance excellence, data analytics, and information technology within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Performance Excellence at Goodwill Central Texas, Jessica oversees the development of core performance measures and data governance strategies. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology at United Way of South Hampton Roads, where managerial responsibilities encompassed project management and technical support for staff, and significant contributions to organizational data management and reporting. With a solid educational background that includes a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Sociology, Jessica has consistently demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making across various organizations.
