Steve Duncan, MBA, PMP, has over 25 years of experience in performance excellence and operational assurance within the energy sector, notably at Tennessee Valley Authority since August 2009. As a Senior Manager, Performance Excellence, Steve has developed strategic directions for key operational programs across Coal, Gas, and Hydro Generation. Former roles have included overseeing operational assurance efforts, managing complex performance improvement initiatives, and directing project assurance for nuclear construction. Prior to TVA, Steve served in the US Navy, managing submarine projects and leading performance monitoring teams. Steve holds an MBA from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brenau University.
