Christine Nguyen

Christine Nguyen, MS, LSSGB, CPXP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Performance Excellence at WelbeHealth, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Nguyen worked as a Patient Experience Consultant at Children's National Hospital, focusing on the redesign of mission and vision for the patient and family experience department and developing an internal consulting program. Experience at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital includes roles as Patient Experience Administrator, where key initiatives such as the Hospital’s Visitor and Associate Screening program and Wayfinding Program were developed and led, and Training Specialist, co-leading multiple patient experience programs. Nguyen began professional career as a Human Resources Assistant, managing various administrative activities. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Christopher Newport University.
