William Brannon

William Brannon currently serves as Chief of Staff at Goodwill Industries of Eastern North Carolina, Inc., focusing on supporting the organization's mission and enhancing collaboration and training. With a long history at Goodwill, beginning in June 1998, William has held various roles, including Director of Program Technology and Area Manager, where management of six donation centers helped achieve a combined annual revenue target of five million dollars. Earlier in the career at Goodwill, responsibilities included providing technical support across multiple stores, developing online training platforms for millions of users, and training adults in Microsoft Office and employment skills. Additionally, William contributed as a Board Member for the Durham Housing Authority from 1998 to 2003. William holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, earned in 1985.
