Alma Duldulao-Ybarra

Alma Duldulao-Ybarra is the Vice President of Workforce Development for Goodwill Houston. Alma worked in the social services sector for 25 years from program assistant to CEO in the fields of domestic violence and homelessness in Hawaii and Houston, Texas. Recently, Alma served as the Interim CEO of the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County. Other organizations where she served in executive management include: East Hawaii Coalition for the Homeless and Turning Point for Families, Inc. She has a recognizable talent of engineering and strengthening organizations with her diverse knowledge of organizational development and community organizing. Alma’s miracle daughter is her driving inspiration of her work in workforce development, and in creating opportunities for persons with disabilities in the community. Alma is married and enjoys spending time with her family by cooking meals together, camping and fishing.
