Eric Hicks

Eric Hicks has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eric began their career as a Service Coordinator at Brooklawn Child and Family Services, where they worked from January 2002 to March 2005. Following this, they joined Bellewood Home for Children as a Counselor from April 2005 to January 2009. In February 2009, Eric became the Career Counseling Supervisor and College Coordinator at Whitney M. Young Job Corps, where they successfully led a team of six counselors and achieved significant improvements in retention rates and college enrollment. Continuing their career path, Eric worked as a Playwright at BeeTV from 2010 to 2011. Eric later joined Osting Individual and Family Services as a Targeted Case Manager in November 2016, before transitioning to Goodwill Industries of Kentucky in September 2013, where they held roles as a Career Coach Supervisor and currently serves as the Program Manager. In these positions, Eric has been involved in providing counseling, conducting assessments, and supervising staff in order to support individuals in their career development and job placement goals.

Eric Hicks earned their Associates degree in Psychology from St Catharine College, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Eric later pursued higher education at Tennessee Wesleyan University from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology.
