Dewayne Cuffie is currently the SVP of Operations at Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA. Dewayne has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on operations and management.

Dewayne began their career as a Director of Operations at Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. in 2012. In this role, Dewayne was responsible for leading and growing the organization's donated goods and retail sales program. This included managing donation acquisition, store and online sales, secondary sales, recycle programs, and waste disposal. Dewayne was also responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing plans and budgets for the division’s stores, donation network and support departments.

In 2015, Dewayne took on the role of Vice President of Donated Goods and Retail Sales at Goodwill Industries of Western New York Inc. In this role, Dewayne continued to lead and grow the donated goods and retail sales program. Dewayne also developed systems, policies and practices that supported the division’s effectiveness and success. In 2018, Dewayne transitioned to their current role as SVP of Operations at Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA.
