John Polakowski

John Polakowski has a diverse work history, starting in 1978 as a TAG Teacher for the Appleton Area School District. John later worked as a Basic Education Instructor at NWTC from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Aftercare Coordinator for COTS, Inc. In 2016, they became an Adult Basic Education Instructor at Redgranite Correctional Institution. In 2017, they joined Goodwill NCW and FISC/LEAVEN as a Financial Counselor, providing guidance and information on money management, budgeting, and financial coaching.

John Polakowski earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 1969 to 1974. John later pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1978 to 1982.
