Debra LaMere, MPA, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, administration, compliance, and workforce development. Debra currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Northern Michigan University and holds the title of Senior Vice President at Goodwill Industries. Debra is also the owner of HR Consulting, LLC where Debra provides various HR services. With a background in labor relations and employee health, Debra has a strong track record of implementing effective HR practices and procedures.
