Will Lufburrow

Will Lufburrow is currently the COO at Goodwill Industries of South Texas. Will has held this position since April 2019. Prior to this, they were the Strategic Growth Manager at Compass from December 2018 to April 2019. Before that, they were the Director of Fund Development & Executive Projects at Goodwill Industries of Houston from March 2012 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for growing funding and influence in the community and cultivated relationships with C-suite donors and foundations. Will also created and launched both planned and individual giving programs. Will has a long history of working closely with Goodwill's Mission and Human Resources teams to obtain government grants for specific program support. Will also represents Goodwill at local speaking and media engagements, including radio and television engagements.

Will Lufburrow has a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and has completed a course with NOLS.

Will Lufburrow reports to John W. Owen, President & CEO. They are on a team with Tami Randel - Director, Finance, Willie Green - Director, Information Technology, and Chrissie Montalvo - VP, Human Resources.
