Brian Tipton

Brian Tipton has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Director of Store Operations at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. since July 2012, where responsibilities include directing daily operations, sales promotions, cost control, inventory control, and managing hiring and training across multiple locations. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, including District Manager and a role in the Corporate Learning Team, focusing on training and supervision of store and district managers. Earlier career experience includes district management training at Bed Bath and Beyond and multiple store management roles at Wal-Mart Stores Inc., where oversight involved large teams and significant inventory management. Brian's educational background includes studies at Triton College following graduation from Poplar Bluff Senior High School.
