Latonya Brooks

LaTonya Brooks holds an MBA and MPA, along with a Human Resource Management Certificate. Currently, LaTonya serves as the Director of Workforce Connection Centers & Community Partners in Illinois for Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. Previously, LaTonya held various leadership roles at the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, including Special Projects Manager for the BTW 50+ Program and Director of Community Programs. Earlier career experience includes positions such as Business/Workforce Development Manager at the Midsouth/Westside American Job Center and Employment Specialist at Thresholds. LaTonya's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
