Laurence Midler

Laurence H. Midler is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for CBRE. Larry is a member of the Global Operating Committee and is the executive in charge of Legal, Compliance, Global Risk Management, Safety & Well-being and Internal Audit

for the firm.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Midler served as General Counsel to Micro Warehouse, Inc. prior to the acquisition of its North American operations in 2003 by CDW Corporation. Following the sale, Mr. Midler served as sole director and CEO and led the process of selling the company's European operations and winding up the holding company's affairs. Earlier, Mr. Midler was General Counsel of Serviscope Corporation, a medical equipment service outsourcing company, until its acquisition by General Electric Medical Systems in 1998. Mr. Midler began his legal career with Latham & Watkins, a global law firm.

Mr. Midler is active in giving back to his community, both through work and in his personal time. Mr. Midler serves on the Board of Directors of Goodwill of Southern California and is also a member of the Board of Advisors of the Jewish Grad Student

Initiative.
