Pamela Hebert, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Pamela began their career in 1991 as the International Controller for Disney on Ice at Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus. After that, they worked as an Assistant to the Company Manager for VEE Corporation's Sesame Street Live in 1994 and then served as the Tour Manager and Contract Administrator for the Harlem Globetrotters in 1995.
Following their time with entertainment companies, Pamela joined Mirage Resorts as a Revenue Audit Clerk from 1996 to 2000. In 2003, they transitioned to Manley's Mighty Mart, where they worked for ten years as the Human Resources Manager.
In 2013, Pamela joined SFC Holding Corporation/Platt College as the Payroll & Benefits Manager, a position they held until 2014. In the same year, they started working as a Human Resources Consultant for their own business.
Their next significant role was with Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, where they held multiple positions. From 2014 to 2015, Pamela served as a Payroll Specialist, followed by a year as a Human Resource Generalist. Pamela then progressed to the role of Director of Human Resources in 2016 and became the Senior Director of Human Resources and Training in June 2022, which is their current role at the company.
With a wide range of experience across different industries and job functions, Pamela Hebert has developed a strong foundation in human resources and demonstrates expertise in various aspects of HR management.
Pamela Hebert, SHRM-SCP, holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Science from SUNY Broome Community College. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Notary Public from the State of Florida in November 2013. No specific dates of enrollment or completion were provided for their education at SUNY Broome Community College.
